The XL Social Enterprise Accreditation Programme (SEA) is the first Accreditation Programme for Social Enterprises. The XL SEA is a simple yet incredibly powerful global initiative to recognize businesses that exist for a greater good. The four key objectives of the program are to:

- Achieve the Billion Dollar Challenge
- Provide Consumers with a Trusted Certification
- Provide Charities and Causes with Ongoing Support
